Mental Health

Libby Trickett is the Queensland Mental Health Ambassador. Libby is the bright bubbly Olympic Gold medal winner that has achieved so much. Listening to her talk about her mental health issues and the impact it had on her life confirmed with me that that mental health can impact on any of us and our families at any time and for many reasons.  The impact can be insidious and devastating.
